Over all Goals:
- wake up 6:00 am in the morning
- workout at least 4 times
- eat healthy – aka – no going out, no order in
- go to sleep at 11:00pm
- do at least one “good” thing per day
- ask myself: do I have a productive day everyday before bed
Day 0 – Sep 16th 2019:
- went to Costco right after work, get grocery for the the following week.
- had a healthy dinner
- finished shower before 10:40 and ready to sleep
- today’s “good thing” : start this challenge! yeahhhhhhh!
Day 1 – Sep 17th 2019
- woke up @ 6:00 am
- made breakfast + lunch for work & head out @ 7:00 am
- swimming for 30 min
- prepare for tomorrow’s lunch
- went to bed @11:00 pm

Day 2 – Sep 18th 2019
- woke up @ 6:10 am (since today’s lunch is ready, I slept 10 more mins)
- made breakfast + lunch for work & head out @ 7:00 am
- swimming for 30 min
- Ordered Kickin Crab for dinner (craving for some spicy food so I cheated with some shrimp)
- Prepared for tomorrow’s lunch. Made some spaghettis with the left over shrimp & sauce
- went to bed @11:30 pm

Day 3 – Sep 19th 2019
- woke up @ 6:10 am
- made breakfast (milk + bacon + toast
- Running for 30 min + Starching
- Ordered the Kickin Crab for dinner (craving for some spicy food so I cheated with some shrimp)
- Prepared for tomorrow’s lunch. Made some spaghettis with the left over shrimp & sauce
- went to bed @11:30 pm

Day 4 – Sep 20th 2019 – TGIF!!!
- woke up @ 6:10 am
- Workout at home for 30 mins.
- Had a big lunch at work since its Friday
- went to bed @12:00 pm
Day 5 – Sep 21st 2019
- woke up @8:40 am
- workout at home for 40 mins
- Had a very light lunch
- get ready and head out to a friend’s house for BBQ party.
Day 6 – Sep 22nd 2019
It is Sunday, so I give up for one day. SHAME!!!
Day 7 – Sep 23rd 2019
- woke up @6:40 am
- workout at home for 25 mins
- went pickup my car at dealership (So glad I got my car, so my gym routine can go back to normal)
- go to work with homemade lunch
- today’s one good thing: practice piano for 30 min, and learned a new song
Day 8 – Sep 24th 2019
- woke up @6:00 am
- Finally went to gym again!!! swimming for 30 mins
- today’s one good thing: reading for 30 mins before bed

Day 9 – Sep 25th 2019
- woke up @6:00 am, enjoyed a healthy breakfast.
- gym time again!!! running for 30 mins
- special lunch @google, yum!
- today’s one good thing: reading for 30 mins before bed


Day 10 – Sep 26th 2019
- woke up @6:10 am, enjoyed a healthy breakfast.
- gym time: running for 30 mins
- today’s one good thing: reading for 40 mins before bed

Day 11 – Sep 27th 2019
- woke up @7:10 am, (didn’t feel so well today) planed a date night with BF
- Headed to work, went out have lunch with my friends from work.
- today’s one good thing: Date night @fashionIsland. Met a very special boy: Denver the Hakita

Day 12 – Sep 28th 2019
- House hunting day! Woke up @8:00 and started the trip @11:00
- Finished the trip 4:30, HOTPOT for dinner!
Day 13 – Sep 29th 2019 – Sunday, the FUN Day!
- Today I have a very special event planed: go visit the Alpacas of Menifee Valley

Day 14 – Sep 30th 2019
- woke up @7:00 am, my gym is currently under remodeling, so I will have to figure out something else for morning exercise.
- Healthy lunch: smoked salmon+wonton from Costco
- Today’s one good thing: instead of chatting and chilling out, I spend entire lunch break reading, and take my time enjoyed a good cup of coffee with some quality “me time”

Day 15 – Oct 1st 2019
- woke up @7:30 am
- Healthy lunch: homemade hotpot
- I had a flat tire today, but it was already past 6 when I found out about it. So have to drop off my car to a tire center first thing tomorrow morning.
- Today’s one good thing: Go pokemon hunting!

Day 16 – Oct 2nd 2019
- woke up @6:30 am, have to be at my work place around 8, so I will have enough time to drop it off before work.
- Today’s note: REALLY REALLY REALLY miss my gym; Also, Lyft is really cheaper than Uber, with the price difference and the lyft promo, it was like only half the price of what Uber charge.

Day 17 – Oct 3rd 2019
- woke up @7:30 am
- Had a great home-made lunch
- Went to the store after work, and got a perfect goodbye-gift for my work friend.

Day 18 – Oct 4th 2019
- TGIF!!!
- Today is very special, I went to target in the morning, get a very pretty gift bag, and a card for my friend (today is her last day of working, and we are really good friend)
- Had a great lunch @nodology with all my work friend.
- Headed to the mall with my friend, hang out, had a great time.
Day 19 – Oct 5th 2019
- Woke up at 8, had a very light breakfast, and headed to Costco with my mom.
- Went to Ice Skating!!! @Rinks around 12:30. L.O.V.E.
- Headed to Santa Monica for Pokemon hunting!!! (Of course had an amazing diner at Cheesecake Factory)

Day 20 – Oct 6th 2019
Today is the last day of my challenge because I had my period today, anyway I really learned a lot from this experience and successfully adjusted my bio-clock to a relatively morning person and I really looking forward for my gym reopen again.
Good experience, I really enjoyed it.

just want to share a random note from a stranger, made my day. Life is all about experience and surprise.
