Halfway through, keep moving!

Over all Goals:

  • wake up 6:00 am in the morning
  • workout at least 4 times
  • eat healthy – aka – no going out, no order in
  • go to sleep at 11:00pm
  • do at least one “good” thing per day
  • ask myself: do I have a productive day everyday before bed

Day 0 – Sep 16th 2019:

  • went to Costco right after work, get grocery for the the following week.
  • had a healthy dinner
  • finished shower before 10:40 and ready to sleep
  • today’s “good thing” : start this challenge! yeahhhhhhh!

Day 1 – Sep 17th 2019

  • wake up @ 6:00 am
  • made breakfast + lunch for work & head out @ 7:00 am
  • swimming for 30 min
  • prepare for tomorrow’s lunch
  • went to bed @11:00 pm

Day 2 – Sep 18th 2019

  • wake up @ 6:10 am (since today’s lunch is ready, I slept 10 more mins)
  • made breakfast + lunch…
